Who controls your data

TDAH LAB SpA, Chilean tax ID 78.461.631-2, with its registered address at Santa Magdalena 75, Office 304, Providencia, Chile, operates tdahlab.cl and determines the purposes described in this notice.

The designated channel for inquiries and exercising your rights is contacto@tdahlab.cl.

Site preferences

The site stores your choice locally in your browser, including its categories, the notice and copy versions, source, date, and expiration. This preference expires after no more than 24 months and uses essential storage so we do not ask you on every visit.

Google Analytics is activated only after you accept the Analytics category. If you reject it, Google Analytics does not load. Global Privacy Control keeps Analytics disabled. You can change your choice using on this page or in the footer.

Optional analytics

With your consent, Google Analytics records visits and website interaction events, such as clicks on calls to action and form status events. TDAH Lab sends the page path without the query string and does not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, or any other form fields.

Google receives technical connection and device data when providing the service. Rejecting or withdrawing your preference prevents new events from being sent by TDAH Lab's code and deletes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this domain.

Contact form

The form asks for your name, email address, and a description of what you need. Company or website and WhatsApp details are optional. TDAH Lab uses this information to respond to your request and coordinate the next step.

Consent given through the form covers this response. The site does not offer a marketing subscription. TDAH LAB SpA retains general contact-form inquiries for up to 24 months from the date each inquiry is received. This maximum does not apply by default to other workflows.

Website assessment

The website assessment processes the submitted URL, email address, consent version and date, and request ID to analyze public pages, deliver the report, and manage the follow-up you authorized.

The online report, PDF, screenshots, HTML, crawl data, and technical evidence are deleted after 120 days. Links are unique and not indexed; do not share them if they contain context you would prefer to keep private.

Services involved

Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts the site on S3 in the us-east-1 region and distributes it through CloudFront's global network. This involves technical processing outside Chile and at edge locations that vary by visit.

Requests sent to api.tdahlab.cl pass through AWS CloudFront and WAF. TDAH Lab runs the API on Microsoft Azure: App Service, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, and Key Vault are located in Central US. Transactional email is delivered through Amazon SES in us-east-1.

Google Analytics is involved only after you accept Analytics. The repository does not establish Google's processing location, contracting entity, or data transfer mechanism.

Google Fonts delivers the typefaces when you open the site, regardless of your analytics preference. This does not activate TDAH Lab's measurement, but it does establish a technical connection with Google.

The website assessment uses AWS services in sa-east-1 for its API, storage, and processing; CloudFront distributes its interface and reports, and Amazon SES in us-east-1 delivers the result. Azure OpenAI processes evidence from public pages to draft the analysis, but the available configuration does not establish the Azure OpenAI region.

Calendly is not active on tdahlab.cl. The repository contains a non-production technical reference that is separate from the live integration observed in MetricSuite.

The regions above are verified technical locations. On their own, they do not establish the contracting entity, data processing agreements, or legal transfer mechanisms. These details are identified as unverified where no account or contract evidence is available.

Your requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing contacto@tdahlab.cl or using the contact form. The team may ask for information to verify that the request concerns your data.

Any new purpose, provider, or storage category requires this notice to be updated. If the version changes, the site will ask you to make a new choice.
